Is the valuation really free?
Yes. It’s completely free, and there’s no obligation to use Swift afterwards.
I’ve already moved abroad. Can you still help?
Yes. We look after properties for owners on five continents. We can value your property by video and manage everything for you here, from finding tenants to collecting rent and keeping the property compliant.
Can I do the valuation on Zoom instead?
Yes, no problem. Just tick the “I’d like to do this appointment remotely” box when you book, and we’ll do the valuation with you on Zoom.
I’m moving abroad soon. When should I book?
As early as you can. Meeting before you leave means we can agree everything face to face and have tenants lined up around your departure date.
Can you help with tax as a non-resident landlord?
Yes. We’ll explain how the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme works and what we take care of for you, so you’re set up correctly from the start.
Which areas do you cover?
